1) No family or employe of truck Drivers Health can play or participate in this game.

2) All prize shipping costs & taxes are paid by the QR codes sponsor or game winners.

3) There can be unlimited winners on some of these QR code clues.

4) The $5,000.00 bill will have its own clues to solve with some of the answere on the sponsored web pages below. It will be hidden somewhere in the transportation industry

1) Each QR code takes you to a web page or media outlet.

2) Each QR can have 1 or 2 of the items below.

A) A cross-word puzzle E) Famous Quote

B) Misspelled word F) Math question

C) Missing Number

D) A quiz questions answer

It's all about having fum while you get Healthy

Here is where it all begings. Start with the Number (1) go right and build your way up to the top code, number (28). Each QR code gets harder and harder and each QR can have more than one clue to solve. All QR's are related to one another, so you have to follow the QR's to continue up the pyramid. All 28 QR also have a clue inside them that will be the final clue to find out where we hid the $5,000.00 bill.

This desplay codes are all all sent to Truckingchannel.com/game as a display. When there printed they will go to the sponsores web, or media outlet of choice.

This is our 2025 Health & Wellness TriFold and will be handed out on our Over the Road tour to over 250,000 drivers in the next few months to get the game started.
